2016 Disclosures

In 2016, pursuant to the Lobby Disclosure Act of 1995, NiSource reported total U.S. lobbying expenditures of $340,000 as filed in lobbying reports with the Office of the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives and Secretary of the U.S. Senate.

NiSource contributed a total of $40,000 in 2016 corporate contributions to political parties, committees and state ballot measures including contributions to the Partnership for Ohio's Future, Keep our Community Moving, Opportunity City PAC and the Successful Schools Committee.
